No recovery may be sought or received for damages other than out-of-pocket expenses, except that the party that prevails will be entitled to costs. Still, no further damages (ii) may be sought or received other than out-of-pocket expenses, and (iii) any claim must be made singly and cannot be combined as a part of a group or class action case.
