Refund Eligibility
Users may request a refund for their most recent payment only by emailing our support team at support@soundandsoulful.com.
To be eligible:
- The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date
- The user's subscription must be canceled at the time of the request
Non-Refundable Items
We do not issue refunds for:
- Past payments beyond the most recent charge
- Partial months of service
- Perceived ineffectiveness of content (results vary by individual)
- Products purchased during special promotions or sales
Subscription Management
For recurring memberships:
- You may cancel anytime to stop future charges
- Access continues until the end of your billing cycle
- No pro-rated refunds for unused portions
