Refund Eligibility

Users may request a refund for their most recent payment only by emailing our support team at support@soundandsoulful.com.

To be eligible:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the payment date
  • The user's subscription must be canceled at the time of the request

Non-Refundable Items

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Past payments beyond the most recent charge
  • Partial months of service
  • Perceived ineffectiveness of content (results vary by individual)
  • Products purchased during special promotions or sales

Subscription Management

For recurring memberships:

  • You may cancel anytime to stop future charges
  • Access continues until the end of your billing cycle
  • No pro-rated refunds for unused portions
